In line with its policy to holistically develop student potential, Sister Pia-Marie Patcharee Sunthornpian, Director of Saint Joseph Mae Ramat School, recognized the paramount importance of strengthening fundamental calculation skills as a cornerstone for modern learning. Consequently, she assigned Ms. Wenika Thongmeelark and Ms. Rungrawee Tewinsueb to attend a practical workshop titled “Development of Concentration, Memory, and Calculation Skills through Abacus Mental Math”.
The aforementioned training was held on August 14, 2569, at Ratwittaya School (Teeming). This collaborative effort was spearheaded by the Mae Moei River Basin Private School Group in conjunction with The Genius Center Thailand. The event was graced by Mr. Somsawat Thongprawit, who presided over the opening ceremony, and featured Kru Jongjit Sittiprai alongside Mr. Wittaya Sittiprai, experts in Abacus Mental Math, as dedicated speakers and trainers.
The primary objectives of this comprehensive training were multifaceted, focusing on developing key skills such as:
