On June 24, 2026, Sister Pia-Marie Patcharee Sunthornpian, Director of Saint Joseph Mae Ramat School, recognized the importance of developing students' potential and fostering leadership. She assigned Mr. Patcharapong Intha, along with two second-year Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) students, Natthapol Pitakpatpol and Peeraphat Monkantha, to attend the Refresher Training for Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors, and Student Commanders for the Academic Year 2026.
This comprehensive training program was held at the ROTC Training Unit, 310th Military Circle, Tak Province. The primary objectives were to review and enhance knowledge and capabilities in various critical areas that form the foundation of effective leadership, including:
Individual Unarmed Drills: Reviewing fundamental parade ground principles and techniques without weapons to foster uniformity and discipline.
Weapon Drills: Practicing correct weapon handling and movement according to tactical principles to improve skills and safety.
Military Instructor Subjects: Learning the principles of military instruction and knowledge transfer, preparing participants to be future mentors and training leaders.
Jit Asa 904 Volunteer Spirit Training: Instilling a sense of volunteerism, self-sacrifice, and public service in line with royal initiatives.
The refresher training activities specifically focused on developing several key skills, including strengthening leadership, responsibility, and discipline. These qualities are essential for student commanders to serve as positive role models and apply their learning in their duties both within and outside the school environment.
On this auspicious occasion, all participants received certificates and student commander insignias, serving as an honor and encouragement for their continued service. Saint Joseph Mae Ramat School extends its congratulations and pride in the dedication of the teacher and students who participated in this highly beneficial activity. The school firmly believes that the experience gained will contribute to their personal development and bring further benefits to the school and society.
