St. Joseph Mae Ramat School Fosters Environmental Conservation Through Royal Initiative Project

The school's participation in this project aligns with its policy of nurturing students with knowledge and strong moral values, emphasizing the crucial importance of environmental conservation. Under the guidance of Teacher Thongsuk Srikireerart, the ten Mattayom 5 student representatives received invaluable opportunities to learn from experts in the field.

Opening Ceremony and Knowledge Transfer

The project's opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Noppadol Somsri, Forestry Officer (Practitioner Level) and Assistant Project Coordinator. He underscored the significance of empowering youth with knowledge and practical experience in environmental conservation, recognizing them as future stewards of the nation's invaluable resources.

The comprehensive training program covered a wide array of topics, including:

Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy: Applying the principles of sufficiency economy to daily life and sustainable resource management.
Area Development based on Royal Initiatives: Learning about projects and concepts initiated by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great for area and environmental development.
Conservation of Natural Resources and Environment: Fostering knowledge and understanding of preserving forests, water sources, and biodiversity.

The primary objective of this training was to instill a profound sense of awareness and responsibility in students regarding the conservation of natural resources and the environment, which is vital for developing responsible and quality citizens.
