The intensive 10-day training was held at Mae Charoen Wittayakom School, under the supervision of the Mae Ramat Sub-training Center.

Sister Pia-Marie Patcharee Sunthornpian, Director of Saint Joseph Mae Ramat School, assigned Mr. Patcharapong Intha to lead and oversee the students throughout the training period. The event was honored by the presence of the Director of Mae Charoen Wittayakom School, who presided over both the opening and closing ceremonies, underscoring the collaborative spirit between the institutions.

Objectives of the Regular Field Training

The primary objectives of this ROTC regular field training are multifaceted, focusing on holistic development:

Fostering Discipline: Instilling a strong sense of discipline, order, and responsibility in students.
Developing Leadership: Cultivating leadership qualities, encouraging proactive decision-making, and promoting effective teamwork.
Enhancing Essential Skills: Equipping students with crucial military and life skills necessary for becoming responsible citizens and valuable reserve personnel.
Promoting Practical Application: Encouraging students to apply the knowledge and experiences gained from the training to their daily lives, thereby contributing positively to their personal growth and future societal contributions.

Saint Joseph Mae Ramat School recognizes the profound importance of such training in nurturing well-rounded individuals who possess strong character, ethical values, and are prepared to be vital contributors to national development.
